Plenary - 45 min. + 15 min. discussion
Keynote - 30 min. + 10 min. discussion
Regular - 15 min. + 5 min. discussion:

Equipment:
All presentation rooms are equipped with a computer, projector, laser presenter and will have technical support. Participants are asked to bring their presentations on an external drive or flash drive and upload them before the corresponding session. The use of personal laptops will not be permitted.
Remote participants will be provided with access (links to Microsoft Teams sessions) to all presentation rooms.
There is no specific template for the presentations.

Remote presenters:
Remote presenters can present in live sessions or use a pre-recorded presentation. However, a pre-recorded presentation will be required for all remote participants as a backup for unexpected situations. Please check the last page of instruction file for the information on how to send your presentations to the conference team.

Due to the proximity of GA and Ed. IV, there is no time gap in the program, participants are asked to move to the other presentation rooms without unnecessary delay.​
