Complementary information

​Presentations duration:

Plenary - 45 min. + 15 min. discussion

Keynote - 30 min. + 10 min. discussion

Regular - 15 min. + 5 min. discussion:

Equipment:

All presentation rooms are equipped with a computer, projector, laser presenter and will have technical support. Participants are asked to bring their presentations on an external drive or flash drive and upload them before the corresponding session. The use of personal laptops will not be permitted.
Remote participants will be provided with access to all presentation rooms.

Remote presenters:

Remote presenters can present in live sessions or use a pre-recorded presentation. However, a pre-recorded presentation will be required for all remote participants as a backup for unexpected situations.

Note:

Due to the proximity of GA and Ed. IV, there is no time gap in the program, participants are asked to move to the other presentation rooms without unnecessary delay.​
